Police Report Fees

The following fees for copies of police reports are effective May 1, 2011.

• Offense Report (Public record information only) -                         $15.00

  • Requests from Reporting Party/Victim - No Charge

• Accident Reports -                                                                    $15.00
  ** Additional Fee for photos

• Any report over five (5) pages -                                         $.35/per page

• Attorney Request for records (Motion for production of records)    $20.00

  • > 5 pages -                                                          $.35/per page

• Police Video (Burned to CD/DVD) -                          $25.00 per incident

• Police Case Photos (Color Copies) -                        $20.00 per incident
  ** Accident / Police cases

• Archive Search -                                                     $25.00/hr, min 1 hr.

• Fingerprinting services:
     2 card maximum - $3.00 per additional card
                                     Resident                                          No charge
                                     Non-resident                                         $15.00
                                     USD 266 Applicant                           No charge

All request for copies of police records must be made to the Police Clerk.  Anything other than public information requires a court order.  Dates of Birth, Social Security Numbers, and Driver's License numbers shown on reports will be blacked out to protect against identity theft.  Reports will be available within 2-10 working days of the incident.  Request and payment may be sent to:
